Arrival

We recommend arriving  15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow you time to check-in and prepare for your service. If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time so that the following guest is not inconvenienced.

Lounge

Before and after treatment, guests are encouraged to enjoy our relaxation room and complimentary refreshments.

Courtesy

We ask that all cellular phones and pagers be turned off upon entry to the Spa to ensure tranquility and respect to all our guests.

Medical Conditions

A brief medical questionnaire will be given to you at the time of check-in. Please indicate any medical conditions or disabilities that may be affected by your treatment such as high blood pressure, allergies, heart ailments or pregnancy.

Clothing

You will be provided with a robe and slippers. Special attention to draping is practiced during all treatments for your comfort and privacy. Thai Massage treatments are conducted fully clothed, we are providing pants and top.

Valuables

Thy spa & wellness does not assume any liability for personal items left in rooms, lockers and robes.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged for the treatment.

Therapists

Thy spa & wellness has both male and female massage therapists. Should you have a specific preference, please advise us upon making your appointment. If preference is not specified at the time of booking then we will book according to our availability. Thank you very much.
